Short project description

The project is oriented to knowledge exchange and experiences in scientific and research area of the sensory and analytical profile (sensomics) of traditional drinks – beer and its drinkability. We would like to confirm the consumer popularity and uniqueness of beers from V4 countries and stressed the need to support the production of quality regional ingredients to protect local agriculture and traditional cuisine of Central Europe.

VUPS organizes a V4 workshop – Heritage of traditional beverages quality. The seminar takes place from 9-th to 10-th November at the VUPS building Lipová 15, Prague 2.
