 Research activities are managed and coordinated by the manager for research and development (R&D Manager) and his subordinate secretary for research (R&D Secretary).

 The Research Board  of the Research Institute of Brewing and Malting is formed by reputable experts, both from research, university and industrial spheres. This board, as an advisory body of the director of the institute, is involved in defining and assessing the institute’s research and development conceptions.
